Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
Our general shipping is epacket, and we offer a free shipping Worldwide!
If you required a faster shipping, you can contact our customer support and we will consult you accordingly.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping service of choice and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
